Everything you need to know

• Payments: All payments are monthly and made via direct debit.
   
• Minimum Term: Each Personal Training package requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.
   
• Custom Packages: Custom packages start from €199/month.
   
• Booking Sessions: Clients are responsible for booking their own sessions within the set period.
   
• Missed Bookings: Missed or unbooked sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
   
• Seasonal Membership: Can only be cancelled after 6 active months.
   
• Cancellation Notice: Cancellation must be requested in month 5, with 1 month notice. Otherwise, the membership will automatically renew.
   
• Non-Transferable: In-season sessions or benefits cannot be transferred to the off-season (June–July).
   
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, including for missed sessions.
   
• Illness or Emergencies: Contact us as soon as possible. It is the clients own responsibilty to reschedule the session within the next month. Otherwise the session will expire.
  
• Respect the NSB Staff. NSB reserves the right to terminate the collaboration early without refund in case of non-compliance with the agreements, disrespectful behavior, vandalism or similar matters.

THE CRIB

• Parents: Support, but stay silent. Coaching is for trainers – not from the sidelines.
   
• Parents stay in the lounge. The weight room and court are for athletes only.
   
• Indoor shoes only. Players must change into clean shoes inside the facility.
   
• No food or chewing gum in the gym. Drinks and coffee are allowed – throw trash in the bins provided.
   
• Respect the space. Leave it better than you found it.
• Respect the NSB Staff. NSB reserves the right to terminate the collaboration early without refund in case of non-compliance with the agreements, disrespectful behavior, vandalism or similar matters.

• No unregistered guests. Bringing more than one person without permission risks a €50 fine.
   
• Respect the equipment. Treat all gym property as if it were your own.

• No food or chewing gum in the gym. Drinks and coffee are allowed – throw trash in the bins provided.
   
• Zero tolerance. Membership can be immediately terminated without refund for violence, theft, or vandalism.
   
• Follow all rules. All domain rules will be communicated beforehand and must be strictly followed.
   
• Personal responsibility. You are responsible for your belongings; NSB is not liable for lost or stolen items.
   
• No compensation. If your membership has been previously terminated, you are not entitled to any refunds or compensation.

1. For memberships payments must be mades within the first 10 days of the month. If the payment is not received on the 10th day, you will receive a free reminder. If then the payment is not made within 14 days after the reminder, a fixed fee of €40 will be charged.
    
2. For loose sessions payment must be made before the training or on the day of the training.
    
3. Training sessions must be cancelled at least 90 minutes in advance. If not, the session cannot be rescheduled. In the case of a no-show, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
    
4. Once a session has started, it cannot be rescheduled if the interruption comes from the player. Rescheduling is only possible if the session is interrupted by the coach.
    
5. Coach Jonna has the right to cancel a session if there is no communication or the player has not shown up within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
    
6. NSB reserves the right to group players together for personal training sessions if this is considered beneficial for their development.
    
7. By submitting this form, you agree to the membership fees.
    
8. Payments are non-refundable. Compensation is only possible in the form of rescheduled training sessions, where applicable.
    
9. New School Basketball reserves the right to take photos or record videos of any player during training sessions, camps, or other NSB activities for use on social media and promotional purposes.
    
10. I treat and respect The Crib as if I were the head of the household.
     
11. NSB has the right to hold me accountable for any damage or theft I cause.
     
12. NSB is not responsible for injuries or accidents that are not directly related to basketball activities within or organized by The Crib.
13. New rules or unforeseen situations will be handled by the NSB team. Their decision and guidelines will apply and must be followed.
